Mirjana has stated that there is a reason for this.

This significance can only be realized in relation to the approaching First Secret.
It concerns the "upheaval in a region of the world" - Mesopotamia.
Because it is in this region that Chapter 9 in the Apocalypse is unfolding - the bottomless pit is opened, and also, the unbinding of the four evil spirits bound in the great river Euphrates.

It is the Great Apostasy that causes this - a rebellion against God, a loss of Faith, in His Church, and spread throughout the world.

Dates of Significance for the beginning of this upheaval:
August 2nd, 1990, and March 18th, 2003.
And the United States was involved in both, by misleading Hussein into believing that he had the backing of the U.S. to invade Kuwait, and, our beginning of the 2nd Gulf War, which actually occurred on March 18th, 2003, not March 19th (as announced at the time).
